Open voor alle gordels.
Leeftijd is afhankelijk van de stage - buitenlandse stages zijn doorgaans vanaf 15 jaar, Oshukai stages in België zijn vanaf 13 jaar.

STAGE OKTOBER
On 26th and 27th October we have the honor of welcoming sensei Alphonse Francine (7th dan - Oshukai France) to our club.
The training will take place in Belgium, near Aalst:
Saturday - 14-17h - Sportcomplex Schotte (fighting hall2) - Kapellekensbaan 8, 9320 Erembodegem
Sunday - 9.30-12.30h - Sporthal Denderhoutem - Pastorijweg 23, 9450 Haaltert
The training days are open to all styles of karate. A minimum age of 13 year is applied.
Open to all kyu-grades.

Oshukai-members:
€20 /day
€30 /weekend
Non-Oshukai members:
€ 30 /day
€ 40 /weekend
